We have been working diligently with our accountant and auditor to complete & submit this filing and as of today Thursday 4/21 we are a maximum of 7-10 days away from filing. I am hopeful the 10k will be filed sooner but I'd rather under promise and over deliver than the other way around. I will not make excuses and or place blame on "past issues". FBEC Worldwide, Inc. is a fully reporting OTCQB company and we need to and will file on time from this moment forward, this I promise you.

FBEC is moving forward, full steam ahead. The WolfShot Healthy Hemp™ Energy Shot will be going through some changes over the next couple months. We will be revealing new & improved branding as well as an updated web presence, including a strong emphasis on social media. Stay tuned as we will be updating on this improved re-brand very soon.

Distribution is key. My main focus is getting FBEC's full product line in the hands of consumers throughout the USA and eventually the rest of the world.
