The Promotion Data File provides broker-dealers and investment managers with an efficient, data-driven tool to track promotion activity in the OTC equity market.
The file includes complete security master information plus key compliance specific fields including: shares outstanding, shell status, market cap and promotion data.
Key data & functional details include:
Promotion Data - Notes active promotions and the most recent promotion date for historical promotions.
Security Master - Includes symbol, cusip and other key reference data points for all ~20K OTC equity securities
Transfer Agent Verification - Identifies securities where shares outstanding information is sourced directly as part of our Transfer Agent Verified Shares Program.
