How do I set up EDGAR Pro alerts?
Login to EDGAR pro
Find the “My Alerts” tab in the top righthand options menu
Click “My Alerts”
Then click “Create New Alert,” this will bring you to the search tab where you can save searches via email or popup alert
How can I search for a specific company’s SEC filings?
Find the Search Tab
The Search Tab will bring you to a new page where you can search by:
Ticker
Company Name
CIK
Form Type
Filing Type
Full Text Search
Dates, etc.
Can I download filings from EDGAR Online?
Yes, if you are an EDGAR Pro subscriber the files are downloadable in multiple formats.
How do I sign into EDGAR Pro?
Visit EDGAR Pro and enter your username and password.
Why am I unable to log in?
If you are not able to log in, please email your account name and account number to contactsupport@edgar-online.com for us to investigate. Common issues include an outstanding invoice or outdated contact information.
How can I reset my EDGAR Pro password?
For your security, please email contactsupport@edgar-online.com to request a password reset. We will then send you an automatically generated password to the email on file.
How can I add/remove EDGAR Pro users?
Please email contactsupport@edgar-online.com with the individuals First and Last name and email address of the user you’d like to add or remove.
Where is my Invoice?
OTC Markets Group and EDGAR Online use Yaypay/Quadiant AR as an online payment portal. Please refer to your initial invoice email as your payment link is embedded in that communication. You may forward this link to an authorized payor on the account, which will allow them to make the payment.
What is my renewal date?
