OTC Markets' 13F-2 Short Reporting Data File provides subscribers with access to key data elements required for accurate and timely reporting via Form SHO. The product includes data on all NMS (listed) securities and OTC equity securities (~28K).
Key data & functional details include:
13F-2 Threshold Type - Notes the 13F-2 Threshold Type (A or B) for all listed and OTC equities.
Shares Outstanding Data - Most recent Shares Outstanding data as well as most recent shares outstanding data published via SEC filings for SEC Reporting issuers.
Reporting Standard - Disclosure standard for respective security/issuers (e.g. SEC Reporting, Bank Reporting, Alternative Reporting Standard, International Reporting).
ADR Ratios/Home Country Exchange - Ordinary to ADR ratios and Home Country Exchange data for all non-US issuers.
Key Reference Data points - OTC Tier, Caveat Emptor, Filing Cycle, Last Annual Report Date, Last Report Type and Last Report Date.
