Glassless 3D Products Expand NanoTech's CommercialMedia Produce Offerings


San Jose, CA - July 22, 2013 - NanoTechEntertainment  (OTCPINK: NTEK) announcedthat it has executed a definitive agreement to acquire MagicScreen3D, Inc.,market leaders in the commercial implementation of glassless 3D screentechnology.

Los Gatos, CAbased MagicScreen3D has already rolled out its products with partners includingRed Bull and venues including the Marquee in Las Vegas.  A research study conducted by the Universityof Tilburg revealed that Red Bull advertising content on a glasses-free 3Dmonitors increases customer's attention by almost 45%. Also, the researchindicated a positive impact on the sales (an 8.5% increase) of Red Bullproducts during the 3D advertisement test period. "By giving the viewer a true3D experience while not requiring any glasses allows the MagicScreen3D productsto help quickly captivate viewers," Foley added.


Wiseman noted "Our clients have found that the interactivity and amazing 3D graphics producedby our screens helps customers not only engage more quickly, but also increasesinteraction and retention of the subject matter."  MagicScreen3D offers solutions for a varietyof uses including point of sale advertising, retail advertising, promotionalkiosks and creative window displays.

The transaction,which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close by theend of July.
