The principal business of the Company is the production of premium varietal wine grapes and wine, the operation of a custom crush winery facility, and the sale of bottled wine through wholesalers and directly to consumers. The Company currently operates premium wine grape vineyards in Monterey County, California.
The Company currently farms over 3,000 acres of premium wine grapes in Monterey County, California. The Company owns and operates a 78,000 square foot winery, a 50,000 square foot bottling and warehouse facility, and a tasting room in Greenfield. California. In addition, the Company leases a 75,000 square foot warehouse, a 6,700 executive office building and a 4,400 square foot marketing office in Salinas, California. The Company also leases a 1,000 square foot tasting room building in Carmel, California. The vineyards, winery and bottling facilities are pledged as security for the Company's $80,000,000 real estate financing facility with PGIM Real Estate Finance.
