Michael McLaren MSc. MBA - Chief Executive Officer (CEO), has been in the Energy industry for more than 25 years. His experience includes several Military and Energy projects. Mr. McLaren has been the developer and Patent holder of the Cycle Energy technologies since the company's inception. Mr. McLaren has a master's degree in Science and a master's degree in Business from the University of British Columbia. Mr. McLaren wrote, together with Dr. Olev Trass, several publications on Selective Oil Agglomeration for Ecological Benefits, Coal Water Oil Fuel (CWF), and the preparation of various fuels for clean coal energy. He currently serves as CEO & Founding Shareholder of Cycle Energy Ltd. He also has extensive experience in operating E&P companies, Field service and negotiating M&A opportunities.

Sigmund Phillipe Friberg earned a Masters Degree in Economics from University of Copenhagen in 1979. From 1990 to 2001, Mr. Friberg served as the Chief Financial Officer with André Group, a company established in 1877 and was one of the world’s big-five in grain trading. From 2001 until the present, Mr. Friberg served as a financial & administrative consultant for financial and trading companies, and an independent economic adviser for insurance, investment and real estate financing

Gary started in the oil business in 1982 by creating G&F oil during the boom in oil pricing. He became the sole owner of G&F oil in 1984 after acquiring Ferguson's half of the company. Gary transitioned to E&P in the late eighties when many other companies went under due to a fall in oil pricing and drilled his first 2 wells in 1987. Since then, Gary has been consistently drilling new wells while operating around 125 wells in the Fort Worth Basin. He helped many other startup companies drill and complete wells across the Fort Worth Basin. In 2014 Gary began drilling Marble Falls formation wells. During that time, he successfully drilled and completed 52 of 52 wells without seeing a dry hole. Gary has drilled over 100+ wells across the Fort Worth Basin over his career with a 95+% success rate.
