Mr. McVey joined the company in November 2012 to oversee the development, permitting, mine design and construction of the TUG project for West Vault Mining, and to acquire and develop further precious metal properties. He has been instrumental in acquiring and advancing the Company's Hasbrouck Gold Project to construction readiness. He has over 30 years of experience in the management of underground and surface mines, and mine and heavy civil construction in Canada, USA, UK, and Africa. Mr. McVey is a Professional Mining Engineer and a registered Project Management Professional.
Frank Hallam founded New Millennium Metals Corp and Sydney Resource Corp. Mr. Hallam has extensive operating and financial experience at the senior management level with several publicly listed resource companies and has over twenty years of experience working in East and South Africa, including his role as CFO and Director with Tan Range Exploration. In addition to his involvement raising over $1 billion for exploration, mining development and production, he established and administered exploration programs in Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Eritrea, and has been involved in negotiating and managing property deals with Anglo Platinum Ltd., Barrick Gold Corporation, Johannesburg Consolidated Investments, and Newmont Mining Corporation. Mr. Hallam is CFO, Corporate Secretary and a director of Platinum Group Metals Ltd., co-founder and former director of West Timmins Mining which was purchased in 2009 by Lake Shore Gold Corp, and is co-founder and former director of MAG Silver Corp. Mr. Hallam previously served as an auditor in the mining practice of Coopers and Lybrand. He is a chartered accountant with a business administration degree from Simon Fraser University.
Peter joined West Vault's board in June 2019, and brings a wealth of experience including his experience investing in precious metals as a strategic asset class for over 25 years. He founded Sun Valley Gold LLC ("SVG") in 1992 and serves as SVG's president. Prior to founding SVG, he worked for Morgan Stanley & Co. as a principal of the firm specializing in equity portfolio risk management and derivatives. Mr. Palmedo was also a director of Chesapeake Gold Corp. until 2013.

Chairman of Imperial Metals Corp. since 2003, and was its prior President from 1986-2003. Mr. Lebel has extensive experience in managing public companies and has served as a director of a number of public companies. In 1998 he was the recipient of the E.A. Scholz Award for excellence in mine development in British Columbia. Mr. Lebel is a director of Home Equity Bank and the Business Council of British Columbia and a former director of the Mining Association of British Columbia and the Mining Association of Canada. He holds an MBA from McMaster University and an LLB from the University of Western Ontario. He holds an MBA from McMaster University and an LLB from the University of Western Ontario.
Ms. Costa Lima is Director of Finance and Administration of Mangrove Lithium and is on the board of South Star Battery Metals Corp. In the past, she held the positions of Chief Financial Officer of Bron Media Corp., Chief Financial Officer of Oro Gold Resources Ltd., Chief Financial Officer of Marlin Gold Mining Ltd. and Finance Director of Force Four Entertainment. A CPA, CMA, Ms. Costa Lima holds a BBA in Finance with a Joint Major in Economics from Simon Fraser University.

Our principal product from the Hasbrouck Gold Project, in accordance with the Hasbrouck Gold Project 2023 Pre-feasibility Study, is planned to be gold and silver dore produced on-site with further refining off-site to pure gold and pure silver. Refined pure gold and silver so produced will be sold on the open market.
