The company was initially established to develop and hold a license for the sole and exclusive use, in the United States, of a ride-hailing and food delivery application known as "WarpSpeed Taxi." Ride-hailing services use websites and mobile applications to match passengers with drivers of vehicles for hire who are not licensed taxi drivers. The company became part of the Ulixe Group’s technology businesses in June 2025. The Ulixe Group’s core business is designing, developing, and managing enterprise software, IT infrastructure, and technology solutions. The company’s app development will be integrated into Gimagest, the logistics and transportation arm of the Ulixe Group, which specializes in logistics and technology transformation solutions. Leveraging the Ulixe Group’s resources, the technology will expand into broader commercial applications. Other Ulixe companies include Dale Consulting, which provides ICT and regulatory compliance services for banking and finance; Ulixe Nova, which offers software, IT consulting, cloud, and AI solutions; and Scientificware, which manages complex hardware and software architectures with scalable IT solutions. The Ulixe Group delivers advanced technological applications and support to banks, insurers, and large enterprises, guiding secure, modular, and scalable digital transformation through internal expertise, with select support from external contractors.

As part of its integration with the Ulixe Group, the company has ceased to have a physical office in Nairobi, Kenya and is in the process of being integrated with the operations of the Ulixe Group, with facilities primarily in Switzerland and the European Union (Italy). The company is also in the process of establishing new U.S. operations in Miami, Florida.
