Our services primarily comprise of transportation and delivery of frac sand and logistics services to major hydraulic fracturing and drilling operations. We also procure and finances equipment to oilfield transportation service contractors (3rd party contractors).
Our principal office is a leased office building with a detached shop where maintenance and repairs are made on our trucks and trailers as well as trucks and trailers of our 3rd party contractors. The office is leased from landlord (named 406 SH 135 LLC) and our current lease is effective from 10/1/22 to 9/30/2027. The property is in good condition and is maintained appropriately. We also own and lease several pieces including trucks and trailers that are used in our operations. Operations occur primarily in Texas and Louisiana.
