The company provides the following services: Luggage Protection: Wrapping, Weigh & Save and Sales Travel Goods Airport Servies for Passengers: luggage storage, luggage shipping, shop & collect, Concierge, Rental baby equipment, bike box among others. Lost Luggage Concierge: Professionals, technology and expertise made available to travellers, to locate, retrieve and deliver mishandled bags

Through its subsidiaries and affiliates the company operates approximately 140 stores in 40 airports, in 13 countries. Most of the stores are in the check-in areas and composed by one or more luggage wrapping machines, and a display of travel goods (bags, accessories for mobile phones and laptop, safety and comfort items). A smaller number of shops is in the arrival area of airports and facility may consist of baggage storage equipment and other technologies to provide services such as Shop & Collect, Management of Items not Allowed on board, Lost & Found, among others. A hybrid between the two facilities described above may be deployed in railway stations and bus terminals. All stores are connected via Internet to the Quality Room at the company HQ, for real-time, remote management and control. The hardware production, maintenance and storage, software development, administration, quality control, audit, legal, HR, sales and marketing departments are based in the corporate offices in Gallarate (VA), Italy.
