America and the Caribbean Basin. It operates through Connected Devices and Infrastructure, and Utility Software Applications and Services segments. The company provides
industrial Internet-of-Things smart grid network, edge-computing endpoints, and a suite
of enterprise software applications that are used across various departments within a
utility and artificial-intelligence -enabled data analytics to help utilities and manage their
grids. It also helps water utilities identify leaks and automate the delivery and billing of
water and gas. The company offers TUNet Insight, a visualization software platform that
allows utilities to monitor and control the Tantalus Utility Network (TUNet); TRUEdge
Intelligent Communications Module data analytics; advanced metering infrastructure;
TRUSense Gateway solutions; load management system; distribution automation; and
Congruence.IQ, a software platform that enables the interoperability of a range of devices.
In addition, the company offers professional services, including project management,
deployment, installation, and engineering support; and post contract technical support
and annual software maintenance services.
