Mr. Farr, CPA, CMA, is a seasoned financial professional with over 35 years of experience in financial management and reporting, operations, business optimization and strategy development. He currently is CFO, COO and Corporate Secretary of Zonetail Inc., a locally based, marketing and technology company, focused on the high-rise residential and hotel markets, CFO of Big Tree Carbon Inc., with gold properties in Red Lake, Ontario, and CFO and Corporate Secretary of AFR NuVenture Resources Inc., a mining exploration company with projects in the United States and Canada. He is former CFO of Anaconda Mining Inc., a gold producer, former President and CEO of Adex Mining Inc., where he led the development plans of the Mount Pleasant mine site in New Brunswick, Canada, and former CFO of MagIndustries Corp. where he participated in the development of its potash project and led the development of its forestry assets including the construction of its $30 million wood chipping mill in the port city of Pointe Noire, Republic of Congo. He is also formerly the Performance Mentor at a private industrial tape converter.

Mr. Bovaird is the Chair of the board of Energy Fuels Inc., a uranium and vanadium mining and development company. For a majority of his career, Mr. Bovaird’s focus has been the provision and implementation of corporate financial consulting and strategic planning services. He was previously the Vice President of Corporate Finance for one of Canada’s major accounting firms. He is Chairman of GTA Financecorp Inc., a reporting issuer in good standing, currently not listed, as well as a member of the audit and compensation committees. Additionally, he acts as Chairman of the Board of Buccaneer Gold Corp., a reporting issuer in good standing, not listed. Mr. Bovaird has previously been involved with numerous public resource companies, both as a member of management and as a director. He is a graduate of the Canadian Director Education Program and holds an ICD.D designation.

Mr. Michael Dehn is a management consultant with over 18 years of experience in the mining industry. He acquired the requisite financial literacy and experience to adequately carry out his duty as a member of the Audit Committee through acting as Chief Executive Officer of publicly listed junior mining exploration companies. Mr. Dehn is currently President, CEO and Director at Temas Resources Corp. and has served as President & Chief Executive Officer of Jourdan Resources Inc., Nayarit Gold Inc. (October 2005 to April 2007), Puget Ventures Inc., (October 2007 to July 2011) and Argex Mining Inc. (January 2010 to June 2011). All of the foregoing companies are junior mining exploration issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. In his capacity as President & Chief Executive Officer of these issuers, Mr. Dehn's responsibilities included reviewing and approving the annual and quarterly financial statements of reporting issuers.
