Mr. Mersky earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the prestigious Stern School of Business at New York University. Upon graduation he was accepted to Brooklyn Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Mersky is admitted to the New York Bar as well as the Federal U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. David practiced commercial litigation as a trial lawyer in the greater New York City area prior to relocating to Arizona for an opportunity to explore the merchant services industry. In addition to conventional payment processing, David expanded into other financial services products and forged cross-marketing partnerships, eventually combining his background in marketing, law and merchant services. David brings his multi-faceted background and experience to Sibannac, as the company aggressively pursues an innovative business model in the Cannabis sector as well as positioning the company to be a leader in the alternative health space.
Mr. Ranno is a corporate attorney and executive officer with over 40 years of international legal and business experience. He has is general counsel to publicly held and private companies advising these companies in the areas of general corporate law and, specifically, in the areas of U.S. securities laws. He has acted as an advisor in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and as a securities attorney to numerous public companies. He has significant experience in US securities work, including the preparation of registration statements, handling SEC and FINRA matters as well as preparation and review of other filings required by the 33 and 34 Act. He has served as an Advisor, Director, Legal Advisor, President and Chief Executive Officer of public and private companies. He is a member of numerous boards of directors of both publicly held and private companies. Mr. Ranno spent many years in the practice of law, which included the fields of litigation as well as mergers and acquisitions. He maintains his license to practice law in the State of Michigan and is admitted to practice in the federal district courts in Michigan, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the US Tax Court and the US Supreme Court. Mr. Ranno has BS in Economics with a minor in chemistry from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit School of Law.

Mr. Evans is a renowned trial attorney, having been a member of some of the leading law firms in the country over one of the most distinguished legal careers. Mr. Evans' practice has been concentrated in commercial litigation and white- collar criminal defense, product liability, insurance matters, criminal and civil RICO cases, and health law matters. Booker has substantial civil and criminal trial experience, along with post-conviction case experience in the federal court system and is often retained in matters involving the Federal Sentencing Guidelines. He has been named to Arizona's Finest Lawyers, a Southwest Super Lawyer in Arizona, a Top 50 Super Lawyer and a Super Lawyer in White Collar Criminal Defense, a Top 100 Trial Lawyer and a Best Lawyer in America by US News & World Report. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a Chief Deputy District Attorney in Las Vegas, Assistant United States Attorney in Nevada and Arizona, and Corporate Counsel for Arizona Public Service Company.

The Company also offers a natural recovery beverage under its NOHO brand and is bringing to market other new products under its flagship brand, Cherryology.
