Dean Huge, age 64, became the Chief Financial Officer of the Company on March 31, 2020 and since June 2018 has been the Chief Financial Officer of the Splash Beverage Group, Inc. From 2017 to June 2018 Mr. Huge was the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Splash Beverage Group, Inc. Mr. Huge was the President of D&H Energy Development, Inc. where he developed a toxic waste processing plant to create electrical energy from May 2013 to May 2017. With 35 years of experience, Mr. Huge's career started on Wall Street in the private and public sectors. Mr. Huge has been involved with in-depth work in accounting, audits, IPOs, secondary offering and complex partnership matters. Mr. Huge's experience includes expertise in financial services, manufacturing, distribution and SAAS type programs and he has degrees in Accounting and Finance.

Mr. Yorke has over twenty-five years of experience in finance. Mr. Yorke joined San Gabriel Advisors, a private equity investment fund as a partner over 10 years ago. Mr. Yorke is involved in managing day-to-day activities of San Gabriel Advisors investment portfolios and is active on the boards of directors of the portfolios investments. Mr. Yorke is also currently a member of the board of directors of Splash Beverage, a private company. Prior to that, Mr. Yorke was based in Hong Kong where he acted as Fund Manager for Darier Henstch, a private Swiss Bank for over 10 years.

Peter has driven global success across numerous consumer industries serving in senior leadership roles at Diageo, Procter & Gamble, Gillette, Duracell, Black & Decker and Braun. In his most recent corporate role, he served as Diageo North America President, Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer. His professional experience spans seven industries, leading teams on three continents and includes time as a faculty member at University of Canterbury's Graduate School of Business (New Zealand) and in advisory roles such as the Board of Directors at the AdCouncil of America and Effies Worldwide. Peter is an alumnus of Cornell University with an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
