Mr. Lynch graduated in 1981 from St. Francis Xavier University with a joint honors degree in Economics and BBA. Mr. Lynch is a veteran financier in Mining, Energy, Industrial Products, Technology and BioTechnology. Currently, He is CEO and President of TSXV listed Power Nickel Inc. He is also the founder of Save Canadian Mining an advocacy group founded by Mr. Lynch and other industry notables Like Eric Sprott, Sean Roosen and Keith Neumeyer. Save Canadian Mining is seeking to stop predatory short selling of Canadian listed mining companies.

Possessing more than twenty years experience, Robert serves as Vice President of Toronto based financial services firm MSSI, specializing in management advisory services, accounting and the financial disclosure needs for public companies. He is regularly involved in initial public offerings, business combinations, asset carve-out and spin-out transactions. Robert also serves as CFO, Director or CEO to a select number of emerging technology and junior public companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture exchanges.

Chairman Formerly with the TecSyn Group of Companies where he was Vice President General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Peter brings over 25 years of business experience regarding complex business and legal affairs. In addition to his time at Tecsyn Peter also was a corporate commercial lawyer at Bassel Sullivan a Toronto-based boutique law firm.

Mr. Mallard is a graduate of The University of Prince Edward Island with a BA in Economics. He has spent 30+ years in the Canadian Produce Industry employed in various capacities with Chiquita Canada and Chiquita Brands North America. Retiring from Chiquita in 2017, he has started Mallard Produce Solutions, a produce consulting company focused on providing North American and Latin American clients business solutions to expand their market potential. Les is on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Produce Marketing Association. The Canadian Produce Marketing Association is a not-for-profit organization that represents companies that are active in the marketing of fresh fruits and fresh vegetables in Canada from farm gate to dinner plate. Les is also on the Board of Directors for Hydroponic Life. Hydroponic Life is a privately held company that has developed ground-breaking produce growing technologies that could revolutionize the vertical farming industry.

Greg is currently President CEO of Golden Tag Resources Ltd. Mr. McKenzie (JD, MBA) is a former senior investment banker with more than 20 years of experience in financing, M&A, financial advisory, valuation, and strategic advice to mid-cap companies. Mr. McKenzie has held positions with Morgan Stanley, CIBC World Markets and Haywood Securities, and has been involved in transactions valued in excess of $18 billion. In addition to his capital market experience Mr. McKenzie previously practiced corporate law with a leading Canadian securities and M&A law firm.
