Company Description
NetCents is an electronic digital Payment Service Provider. Net-Cents designs and sells Crypto-currency processing technologies. Its products include file management, authorization services; and settlement services for multiple crypto-currency formats. The Company's processing platform allows users and merchants to manage electronic payments through a variety of electronic devices and settle to different currencies. The principal business for the Company is processing cryptocurrency transactions either directly or via white label or reseller agreements. NetCents proprietary software can act as a stand-alone platform or be integrates into traditional payment processors POS and software. The Company's revenue is derived from processing crypto-currency transactions and is based on a revenue share with the existing merchant's and/or their payment provider. The Company entered the cryptocurrency side of payment processing in November 2017 and has been processing merchant transactions since April 7th, 2018.
