Gregory Johnson has 30 years of experience in the mining industry with a record of success in exploration, development and financing of large-scale base and precious metals projects from discovery stage through advanced economic assessment. He began his career with Placer Dome Inc. (now Barrick Gold Corp.) where he held various senior roles in domestic and international exploration. One of the founders of NovaGold Resources, Mr. Johnson was a co-recipient of the PDAC's Thayer Lindsay International Discovery Award for his role in the discovery and advancement of the 40-million-ounce Donlin Creek gold deposit in Alaska. As President and CEO of South American Silver and Wellgreen Platinum, Mr. Johnson led the significant expansion and advancement of several major precious and base metal deposits. He currently serves as Chairman of Group Ten Metals Ltd., a PGE-Ni-Cu explorer based in Vancouver, Canada. Mr. Johnson has also been recognized for his work in sustainable development and community engagement and was awarded the Robert E. Leckie Award by the Yukon government for excellence in environmental stewardship. Mr. Johnson holds a BSc Honors in Geology from Western Washington University.
Mr. Scott Petsel, MBA, P.Geo., has over 34 years of experience in all facets of mineral exploration with particular focus on large-scale precious and base metals systems. In addition to having extensive international experience, he has spent more than 20 years working in the Yukon, Alaska and British Columbia on significant advanced exploration and development stage projects including the Galore copper-gold-silver project (Teck/Newmont), Donlin gold project (NovaGold/Barrick), Upper Kobuk copper-zinc-silver-gold projects (Trilogy/South 32), and the Kensington gold mine (Coeur) amongst others. Mr Petsel received his geology degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, near Metallics La Plata Project, and his MBA at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Ms. Rebecca Moriarty is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience in the mining industry. Her background includes a unique combination of technical and business accounting expertise, having received a degree in geology from Queens University and a CPA designation. Ms. Moriarty is supported by the Malaspina Consultants team, a Vancouver-based financial consulting and advisory firm staffed with highly experienced accounting personnel. Prior to joining Malaspina, Ms. Moriarty worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she was a manager working exclusively with resource companies.

Dr. Stephen Enders brings 45+ years experience in mineral exploration and mining, working on some of the worldâs most significant copper and gold deposits. His distinguished career includes former positions as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Exploration for Newmont and President of Phelps Dodge (now Freeport McMoRan). He was also a director of Copper Mountain Mining Corp. (recently acquired by HudBay Mining) and former Executive Chairman, Director, and COO of EMX Royalty Corporation. As a co-founder of Cupric Canyon, Steve has been part of the team that has advanced the Khoemacau copper-silver mine in Botswana from exploration into production. In addition to his achievements in industry, Dr. Enders has served as Department Head for Geology and Geological Engineering and for Mining Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines until 2023 and is on the Board of Governors for the CSM Foundation. Dr. Enders is an Honorary Lecturer and past President of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG) as well as former President of the SEG Foundation Board of Trustees. He received the Distinguished Achievement Medal from the Colorado School of Mines in 2009, the Ben F. Dickerson Award from the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration in 2014, and the Ralph W. Marsden Award from the Society of Economic Geologists in 2016. Dr. Enders holds a BSc degree in geological engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and MSc and PhD degrees from the University of Arizona.
Mr. Hamilton has 25 years of experience in the mining sector as a geologist, investment banker and entrepreneur. Mr. Hamilton began his career in mineral exploration in South America and later worked for 11 years in investment banking in London and Sydney, specializing in structured finance and M&A. Since 2010, Mr. Hamilton has been involved in the acquisition and development of mineral properties within both public and private resource companies. Mr. Hamilton has a BSc in Geology from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Mineral Project Appraisal from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London. He also serves on the board of Metallic Minerals Corp.
Mr. Doug Warkentin (B.Sc., P. Eng) is a metallurgist and process engineer with over 30 years of applied mine processing expertise. Doug graduated from UBC with a degree in Mining and Mineral Process Engineering and has been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC since 1992. Doug is an industry innovator and entrepreneur and author of numerous technical papers and co-inventor of multiple patented process technologies. He has worked both in plant operations and contract research and has been a principal in companies providing process development services and environmental technologies to the mining industry. Areas of expertise include base and precious metal flotation, precious metal hydrometallurgy, resource recovery and treatment of mine wastes. He is currently Senior Metallurgist for Kemetco Research Inc. in Vancouver, BC.

Metallic Minerals Corp. is focused on copper, silver, gold and PGEs in the La Plata mining district in Colorado, and silver/gold in the high-grade Keno Hill and Klondike districts of the Yukon, and. All of the districts in which Metallic Minerals operates have significant infrastructure, including power and road access.
At the Company’s La Plata project in southwestern Colorado, the expanded 2023 NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate highlights a significant porphyry copper-silver resource containing 1.2 Blbs copper and 17.6 Moz of silver3, with numerous additional targets showing potential for a district-scale porphyry system. In May 2023, the Company announced a 9.5% strategic investment by Newmont Corporation (previously Newcrest Mining which was acquired by Newmont Corporation in November 2023). The La Plata project is located between the communities of Mancos and Durango, Colorado, north of Highway 160. In Canada’s Yukon Territory, Metallic Minerals has the second-largest land position in the historic high-grade Keno Hill silver district, directly adjacent to Hecla’s operations, with more than 300 Moz of high-grade silver in past production and current M&I resources. The new 2024 Resource Estimate at the Company’s Keno Silver project adds 18.2 Moz silver equivalent1 to the Company’s total resources. Hecla is the largest primary silver producer in the USA and soon to be Canada’s largest with full production at its Keno Hill operations in 2024. The Company is also one of the largest holders of alluvial gold claims in the Yukon and is building a production royalty business by partnering with experienced mining operators.
