Appointed as Non-Executive Director in February 2023. Tamara is also a member of the Audit Committee. Career Tamara has had an extensive career in advertising, marketing and digital communication and has a deep understanding of consumer brands and digital strategy. Tamara was the Global Chair of Wunderman Thompson until the end of 2020 and prior to that held various leadership roles at WPP plc, including Global Chief Executive Officer of J. Walter Thompson, and Global CEO at two data investment companies wholly-owned by WPP, as well as Chairman and CEO of UK Advertising Group, Grey. Prior to joining WPP plc, Tamara was CEO of McCann Worldgroup and Saatchi & Saatchi in London. Tamara is currently a Non-Executive Director of Marks and Spencer Group plc and Chair of their ESG Committee. She is also a Non-Executive Director at Intertek Group plc and a member of their Remuneration Committee, as well as a Non-Executive Director of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. and a member of their Audit and ESG Committees. Tamara was previously a Non-Executive Director of the Sage Group plc and Serco Group plc. She was awarded an OBE for her contribution to tourism as Chair of Visit London in 2012. Skills and experience Tamara is an outstanding leader, with considerable expertise in global marketing services and has led renowned marketing campaigns for household brands around the world.

Fiona is an experienced non-executive director and currently sits on the Boards of LEGO A/S, Marks and Spencer PLC, Kerry Group PLC and Reckitt Benckiser Group Plc. She is Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Marks and Spencer PLC, and is a member of Audit, Remuneration, Nomination Committees and Chair of the Kerry Group Sustainability Committee. She was previously Global President Food, Drinks and Multisales at Mars, Inc. sitting on the Global Leadership Team. Fiona worked at Mars for over 30 years, rising from the Graduate Trainee scheme on to roles including President of Global Retail and Mars Chocolate UK and European Marketing Vice President. Skills and experience Fiona holds a degree in Business and Economics from Trinity College, Dublin. In May 2021, Fiona was awarded a CBE for services to women and the economy. She is President of the Chartered Management Institute and a Trustee with the Social Mobility Foundation.
