Doug Ramshaw is a senior executive and corporate director with more than 20 years of experience in the mineral resource sector. His work has focused on mineral project evaluation, M&A and business development strategies supporting corporate growth. Mr. Ramshaw previously worked as a mining analyst for an independent brokerage firm in London, UK and has served in various executive capacities for a number of publicly listed junior resource companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Geology from the Royal School of Mines.
Janet Donnell is a career accounting professional with over 25 years of financial management experience largely within the mining sector. Janet (Ms. Donnell) was formerly the CFO of Castle Gold Corporation, a Mexican gold producer, where her responsibilities included overseeing the company's financial operation and was a senior member of the management team through the sale of the Company. Janet has worked closely in the past with the Minera Alamos team during the construction and operation of the El Castillo gold mine prior to its acquisition by Argonaut Gold. Most recently she was the CFO of Gowest Gold.
Bruce Durham has been involved in the mining and exploration industry for over 40 years. He was an integral member and leader of various exploration teams credited with the discovery of several significant deposits including the David Bell and Golden Giant gold mines in Hemlo, Ontario and the Redstone Nickel and Bell Creek gold mines in Timmins, Ontario. More recently Mr. Durham served as President and CEO of Canadian Royalties when that company discovered several Ni-Cu-PGE deposits in Raglan area of Quebec, which are currently at the feasibility stage. Mr. Durham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Western University.

Dr. Padilla has over 35 years of mining and exploration experience and has been a key member of exploration teams credited with the discovery of over 47 million ounces of gold at the Colosa and Gramalote deposits in Colombia, and the Lynx deposit in the Windfall camp in Quebec. Dr. Padilla was the first to propose the exploration concept that led to the discovery of the La Escondida East Cu-Mo-Au deposit in Chile. Dr. Padilla is currently President and CEO of Sable Resources Ltd. and a board member of Minera Alamos Inc. He spent seven years with Anglo Gold Ashanti as the Country Manager, Peru and Colombia and Chief Geologist for South America, 13 years with BHP as Senior Geologist in Mexico, Chile and Peru, and 2 years as assistant to the global VP of exploration based in San Francisco. At the beginning of his career, he worked for 3 years as mine geologist in the Santa Eulalia district in Chihuahua, and 3 years as exploration geologist with Fresnillo in northern Mexico. Dr. Padilla holds a geological engineering degree from the University of Chihuahua, Mexico, and Masters and PhD degrees from the University of Arizona.

Kevin Small has over 30 years of international mining experience as an operations leader to numerous mine operation and start-ups projects. Mr. Small is currently President and CEO of Jerritt Canyon Gold (100% owned by Sprott Mining Inc.) where he is responsible for the day to day operations of a 4,000 tpd Roaster and CIL plant producing between 120,000 oz and 160,000 oz of gold annually Most recently, his work has included Director of Mine Operations at the Beta Hunt mine in Western Australia owned by Karora Resources Inc. (formerly RNC Minerals); Mine Manager at the East Timmins operations (Taylor mine) of Kirkland Lake Gold; and Superintendent of Technical Services at St Andrews Goldfields. Mr. Small holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Queens University.
