Brian Williamson
CEO

Brian Williamson has been a part of the energy industry since 1995. Mr. Williamson, in his role as CEO, is responsible for the overall vision, direction and corporate strategy of Jericho. Mr. Williamson began his career at Arthur Andersen as part of its Tax and Business Advisory Services Practice. While at Arthur Andersen, he worked with Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies and private firms on evaluating investment opportunities and conducting extensive research on corporate planning and due diligence on industry transactions. Mr. Williamson left Arthur Andersen to become the President and Chief Operating Officer for The Harbor Group, a private equity backed energy investment, trading and risk management firm in New York. At The Harbor Group, he headed transaction evaluation, due diligence and execution. Mr. Williamson also oversaw the creation, trading and risk management of energy and energy related trading products in various world markets. From 2006 until 2012, Mr. Williamson managed the private equity platform for a New York based financial institution. Mr. Williamson earned a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law, where he served as law review editor and was a national moot court semi-finalist. Mr. Williamson is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Benjamin Holman
CFO

Mr. Holman, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has more than 18 years' experience in accounting and business administration in the oil and gas industry, including senior positions at Apco Oil and Gas International Inc., a former subsidiary of The Williams Companies and WPX Energy. He has been working with Jericho at its Tulsa operational headquarters since November 2017. Mr. Holman is a CPA, with a MAcc, B.S. and BSBA, all from the University of Tulsa.

Carolyn Hauger

Ms. Hauger is currently the CFO of Ten-Nine Technologies, LLC, an advanced battery materials startup company. Prior to this, Ms. Hauger was the CFO of Lion, Inc from 2017 to 2021 as well as the Division CFO/Sr VP of Clopay Plastics from 2012 to 2017. Prior to this Ms. Hauger had a 25-year career at Procter and Gamble (P&G) which included serving as a Senior Financial Executive and Group CFO for over 8 years. She has also served as a Senior Manager for Ernst and Young. Ms. Hauger's board experience includes leading roles with Lion, Inc's Audit Committee and Advisory Boards, as well as Board Chairperson for Cincinnati CFO, and she chaired the Distribution Committee for Wyoming County, Pennsylvania's United Way Board. Ms. Hauger holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and received an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Xavier University.

Jericho Energy Ventures owns and operates legacy producing oil and gas JV assets (approximately 41,000 net acres) in Oklahoma, which is also where its natural gas-powered onsite modular AI Data Centers are being developed. JEV, through its 100% owned subsidiary, Hydrogen Technologies, provides commercially viable, patented, hydrogen-based boiler and burner system to replace traditional fossil-fuel based combustion boilers and burners for some of the world’s largest heavy industries who require high quality process steam and direct fired applications. It is also the majority owner and operator of ETNA Solutions, which is developing the lowest levelized cost of green Hydrogen with its patent-pending electrolyzer, called HOT-E (High Output Thermogenic Electrolyzer), as well as a minority, non-operating stake and board position in California Catalysts, a leading innovator in electrolysis materials.
