The Company owns and operates a private jet charter brokerage and has launched an on-line booking platform and app to be available for the Android and iPhone operating systems (the “Booking Platform”) that management rolled out in the fourth quarter of 2018. Management plans for the Booking Platform to enable its customers to easily book a real time charter flight anytime anywhere with as little as 4 hours notice. Management believes the Booking Platform will enable it to acquire a growing share of the private jet charter industry and eliminate costly brokerage commissions.
