Frank A. Ingrande is a native San Diego resident with over 30 years of experience in the second-home industry and more than 20 years in the second-home market in Mexico. Mr. Ingrande has direct experience in acquiring, developing, and marketing real estate in Mexico. Mr. Ingrande currently serves as President of Rancho Costa Verde Development, LLC, which he co-founded in 2008. He holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA with an emphasis in new venture management & international business from the University of San Diego.
