Management of IEC has made the decision to sell its interests in the Baja Mexico Solar Crypto project as part of debt free requirements related to its upcoming corporate changes.
Terms of the agreement include
- Reassignment of any and all debts IEC has related to the project.
- Sale of AI technology related to Crypto Mining.
- A revenue sharing agreement for up to 5 years.
Sale is immediate and more information will be available in future OTCMarkets filings.
The company will still maintain a presence in Baja Mexico for future business.
