Hannover House, Inc., (OTC: HHSE), an independent producer and distributor of entertainment products, has announced that the company's Form 10-12(b) registraiton filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission will include an auditors "review" of the Q3 filings, to minimize the risk of the company financials becoming stale during the S.E.C. review process.
"We are taking this proactive move to protect the speed in which our Form 10 filing can be approved," said CEO Eric Parkinson. "The financials in the filing include the years ending 12-31-2020 and 12-31-2021, and will additionally include this reviewed quarterly report for 2022. We do not expect more than a few days of delay as a result of including the Q3 financial review," he concluded.
Key shareholders in Hannover House have publicly stated their expectation that the filing of the registration statement will ignite enthusiasm and volume in the company's stock, which they feel is undervalued at present by a factor of more than five-to-one.
Despite this widespread belief, Hannover House management makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that the filing of the company's registration statement will result in enhanced credibility, shareholder enthusiasm or growth in the company's share price and trading volume.
