BCom, MSc, GAICD, Executive Director Mr Lane has significant experience in ASX listed and large industrial companies. Mr Lane has held management positions in a number of global blue chip companies as well as resource companies and start ups in New Zealand, Europe and Australia. Prior to founding Voyager Energy which was subsequently acquired by GTI, Mr Lane has been involved in the acquisition, funding and exploration of a number of uranium exploration projects during the last 15 years most notably with ASX listed companies Atom Energy Ltd and Stonehenge Metals Ltd. Mr Lane holds a masters degree from London Business School and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute Of Company Directors.
James Baughman, an economic geologist and mining executive, is our President and responsible for assisting the CEO in creating, planning, implementing and integrating the strategic direction of the Company and as such shares with the CEO responsibilities for the company operations, marketing, strategy, financing, and creation of company culture. Mr. Baughman has over thirty years of progressive experience in advancing gold, silver, and base metal projects from grassroots to advance stage projects. He has held senior positions (i.e., Chief Geologist, Chairman, President, Acting CFO, Chief Operating Officer) in both private and publicly traded mining and mineral exploration companies during his 30-year industry career. Mr. Baughman was on the successful Greens Creek discovery team and has lead exploration and development projects throughout the Western Hemisphere. Mr. Baughman was CEO of High Plains Uranium that was sold for US $55 Million in 2006. Mr. Baughman is a registered member of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy, Exploration and a member of the Society of Economic Geologists. Mr. Baughman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology in 1983 from the University of Wyoming and is a registered professional geologist (P. Geo) in the State of Wyoming. Mr. Baughman is a Registered Member of the Society of Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration (SME) and a Qualified Person (QP) on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
Director, US Operations With over two decades of global experience in mineral exploration, project development, and commercial ventures, Matt Hartmann boasts a significant track record in ISR uranium across the entire project life cycle. Holding senior technical roles at Uranium Resources Inc. and Strathmore Minerals Corp, he also served as a Principal Consultant at SRK. Matt's most recent position was as V.P. Technical Services at Sweetwater Royalties LLC, the largest private landowner in Wyoming, where he made substantial contributions to the uranium sector. His expertise extends to providing technical and managerial proficiency to key ISR uranium projects, including Cameco's Smith Ranch-Highland, Encore's Rosita central processing plant & wellfield, Laramide's Churchrock, and Encore's Dewey-Burdock. Matt enhances GTI's commercial and technical leadership in the US, helping the company to vigorously pursue project development and commercialisation plans, including strategic partnerships.
BCom, Non-Executive Director Mr Williamson was the General Manager and a director of Cameco Australia up until December 2023. His career with Cameco spanned 13 years and variously included responsibility for setting Cameco's strategic and operational direction in Australia and managing the Australian operations budget and team. Simon's responsibilities during his tenure with Cameco included managing relations with key Government ministers and departments and community stakeholders. He managed project approvals processes, including negotiations with State and Federal agencies and reviewing the PFS for the Yeelirrie project. He contributed to the project team reviewing technology options for upgrading Cameco's MacArthur Mine and Key Lake Mill uranium mine in Canada. In addition, he was on the team reviewing Cameco's global ESG reporting processes and reports. Mr Williamson was intimately involved in obtaining environmental approval for the Kintyre and Yeelirrie uranium projects, including developing and implementing a program of environmental baseline studies, government and community consultation and negotiating land access. Prior to his appointment as General Manager he led the government and regulatory affairs, environmental and radiation safety activities of Cameco in Australia. Simon also has significant experience with conducting project due diligence for acquisitions and audits which consider special interest groups, environmental, land access and community issues.

GTI now has 10.32Mlbs combines resources across it's Wyoming ISR uranium projects. The Company's primary focus is to deliver a scoping study (PEA) for the project in the first half of 2025. Lo Herma lies within ~100 miles of 7 permitted ISR uranium production facilities Wyoming. GREAT DIVIDE BASIN/GREEN MOUNTAIN, WYOMING - ISR URANIUM: GTI currently also has 1.66Mlbs U3O8 defined at the Thor ISR Uranium Project in Wyoming’s Great Divide Basin. The Great Divide Basin Properties are located in close proximity to UR Energy’s (URE) Lost Creek ISR Facility & Rio Tinto’s (RIO) Sweetwater/Kennecott Mill. GTI also holds 13,800 acres at Green Mountain, adjacent to GTI’s other GDB projects. The Green Mountain Project contains uranium mineralised roll fronts & lies close to several major deposits. HENRY MOUNTAINS UTAH - CONVENTIONAL URANIUM/VANADIUM: GTI holds 100% of ~3,900 acres of land in the Henry Mountains of Utah, where exploration has focused on ~5kms of mineralised trend between the Rat Nest & Jeffrey claims incl. the Section 36 lease block.
