Since 2008, Mr. Kennedy has served as the president and CEO of Appreciation Financial, a company Mr. Kennedy founded. Appreciation Financial is a full-service national financial company with headquarters in Las Vegas and an Inc. 5000 company two years in a row (2018 and 2019). Mr. Kennedy received the 2019 Gold American Business Awards Stevie Award for Entrepreneur of the Year-Financial Services and was a Finalist for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2019. Mr. Kennedy has been a consultant to the Company since July 1, 2018. Mr. Kennedy has a broad background in general management, strategy, marketing, services, and financial matters. Mr. Sanko, now semi-retired, has served as a corporate director on multiple boards and in high level officer positions as CEO, CFO, and Secretary of several companies, both private and public. He is a licensed CPA with prior career work experience as a financial statement auditor among two of the largest international accounting firms along with managing an accounting and tax practice for 30 years.

Mr. Bonnette's background includes stellar achievements in sales and building firms specializing in financial services and technology and on systems where the two intersect. Systems were key to a start up he co-founded in 2006, United First Financial (UFirst), in creating UFirst's innovative Money Merge Account system. The software utilizes existing banking tools, one-on-one coaching, and a web-based software helping consumers pay off mortgages and debt in half the time. With a sales force of nearly 70,000 agents across the US and Canada, the company's success earned Bonnette and fellow co-founders the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award in 2008. Prior to UFirst, Bonnette lead Empowering America, a financial services group helping people manage debt and life insurance planning. He partnered with national financial planning powerhouse Appreciation Financial in 2016 to systematize the fastest growing company serving the 403(b) marketplace. As Chief Technology Officer, Bonnette oversaw creating the industry's leading customer relationship management system. Bonnette is also the co-founder of Public Employee Retirement Assistance (PERA), a firm that uses technology to join professionals in aiding public servants to retire with dignity. Mr. Olson has more than 25 years in the financial services industry, and possesses a range of experience specializing in marketing and product development arenas. Currently Mr. Olson is the Managing Director of Financial Processing Solutions Group (FPS Group) which provides technology platforms and trust/custody processing to the benefit the financial services marketplace. As the lead executive in charge, Mr. Olson is responsible for the overall strategic direction and business lines. In 2002 Mr. Olson became one of the principals and founding partners of Aspire Financial Services. During his tenure Olson helped grow the company from a start-up to 175 employees with $30 million in revenue and into a nationally recognized leader in the retirement plan industry with more than $10 billion of recordkeeping assets and 250,000 participants. Olson is a recognized leader with demonstrated success developing forward-thinking product and service model designs that placed him as a 2010 Florida Finalist for Ernst & Young's prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year award. Early in his career Mr. Olson worked with Decimal, Inc., as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development and mPower as VP of Product Development. He began his career with Charles Schwab as a Senior Marketing Manager, focusing on developing retirement products for the small business market with over $100 billion in assets through these products.
