Russell Elbaum earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Campbell University where he was a 3 year starter for their Division 1 men's basketball team. Elbaum played professional basketball in Europe for 2 years after graduation Upon his return to the US, Elbaum began working in management positions at Pepsi and Frito Lay and later founded several trucking and cleaning companies. For the last 25 years, Elbaum has worked as a high school and AAU basketball coach in New York and South Florida and currently is still active in his coaching career.
