Global Energy Metals (GEMC) is focused on offering security of supply of cobalt, a critical material to the growing rechargeable battery market, by building a diversified global portfolio of cobalt assets including project stakes, projects and other supply sources. GEMC is growing its business by acquiring project stakes in battery metals related projects with key strategic partners. GEMC has positioned itself as a leading cobalt explorer and developer in the famed Mt. Isa mining district in Queensland, Australia through the advancement of the Millennium Cobalt Project and acquisition of the Mt. Dorothy and Cobalt Ridge projects. The Company has also teamed with Marquee Resources, an Australian company that is sole-funding a CAD $2.5 million work campaign to advance the past producing Werner Lake mine. As GEMC expands its project's value, it will continue to look at other assets to develop a diversified global portfolio of cobalt assets in safe, mining-friendly jurisdictions.
