Snakes & Lattes Inc. (OTC: FUNN) updates shareholders that the company now qualifies for the AMEX Corporate plan in US and Canada and as well as new access to Commercial banking through Chase.
Snakes & Lattes Inc. is pleased we reached the necessary requirements to qualify for the AMEX corporate plan on both sides of the border; which is $5 Million in revenue and a high enough EBITDA. The corporate plan provides flexibility for payments to suppliers, helping with cash flow. It also contains a rewards program. Guarantees are to be provided by the Company itself.
Snakes & Lattes is being consolidated under one entity (instead of a separate restaurant branch under corporate) which gives us access to Chase Commercial banking (with online ACH, wire platform, lower Foreign Exchange rates) This also provides access to their Business Credit Card program and pre-qualification for SBA loans.
“We are very excited to get to work with TopTier Financial institutions like Chase and Amex. This represents a significant growth milestone for the company, allowing for easier future scale. This is the first time since the pandemic we have been able to meet the requirements and begin commercial banking. It really says a lot, all the hard work the staff has done day in and day out to get here from those times. I couldn’t be prouder of the team and hold great optimism for our future.” says Ben Castanie, Founder & CEO.
As always, a big thanks to all our shareholders, supporters, loyal guests, and staff. Creating memorable, quality human interactive experiences is what keeps the company going, and at all times we keep the mission of Snakes & Lattes locations coast to coast at the forefront of our strategy.
