Mr. Elliott is a true leader and entrepreneur. He is the President & CEO of Lexore Capital Corp., a private resource and cannabis investment company as well as Phenome One Corp, a full service cannabis farming company focused on elite strain selective breeding. Mr. Elliott brings over 10 years of corporate finance, mineral exploration and financial markets experience. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in Geology, and holds a MSc. in Mineral Economics and an MBA from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia. Patrick specializes in economic resource evaluation, financial modelling, CAPEX estimation, corporate development and finance. Combined with his technical knowledge, Patrick has a wealth of contacts in the financial sector.

Ms. Lau is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and has an extensive background in the resource sector. Jasmine has served as CFO and controller of several public exploration companies with projects throughout the world. In addition to her experience working with junior resource companies, Jasmine worked at Teck Resources Ltd. as a SOX Auditor. Prior to Teck Resources Ltd., Jasmine worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP's Vancouver Assurance & Advisory group where she focused on audits of public mining and resource companies. Jasmine earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

Ms. Dalaire has over 15 years of corporate compliance and investor communications experience. This combination of expertise gives her a strong understanding of all aspects of managing a public company and helps ensure that marketing efforts are compliant with relevant regulations. She plays a key role in providing services and advice to the Board and Management, ensuring positive communication and a constructive working relationship exists between both.

Ms. Ashton has over 24 years in the area of natural resources, specifically, exploration and development of mining projects in Latin America, and more recently in Turkey and Utah. She has participated in the start-up of both junior exploration companies and mining services companies, assisting with their corporate development and financing through the companies growth stages: assisting with IPOs, negotiating Joint Venture or other value accretive transactions, supporting investor relations, and supervising/ overseeing accounting, auditing. She has served on the boards of junior mining companies, and as an officer in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development, including founder, director and CFO of AQM Copper Inc., with projects in Peru and Chile between 2005 and 2012. Ms. Ashton has collaborated with an extensive international network of professionals and service providers related to the mineral sector. While based in Santiago Chile, she was a regular contributor to opinion columns in the magazine,"Mineria Chilena". Stephanie is a graduate of Cal Poly State University for International business, holds a Masters degree in International Tax and Legal Strategy from Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris, France, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Mineral Economics from the Universidad of Chile, Santiago, Chile. She is fluent in Spanish, French and English.

Mr. Osmond has over 25 years of experience in the mining sector including experience with INCO (VBNC), Falconbridge and Anglo American. He was involved in exploration discoveries at Vale's Voisey's Bay deposit and Glencore's Raglan mine. He was later hired as a senior technical leader with Anglo American responsible for North America and Europe focused on Ni exploration in northern Canada, Alaska and Scandinavia as well as IOCG and porphyry Cu-Mo exploration in Mexico and Alaska. Mr. Osmond is currently the President of GlobeTrotters Resource Group Inc.

Mr. Turnbull is a Professional Geoscientist with over 30 years’ experience in diamond, precious and base metal exploration. He received a B.Sc. (Honours in Geology) from Lakehead University in 1988, and is a Qualified Professional Geoscientist recognized by the EGBC. Mr. Turbull is the President of Lakehead Geological Services Inc., a consulting company since 1990. He is a member of the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Turnbull had a long tenure with Oromin Exploration Ltd, as geologist and Director until its takeover by Teranga Gold Corp. in 2013. Mr. Turnbull has managed and served on the boards of several junior exploration and mining companies with assets ranging from early stage to advanced projects worldwide. Mr. Turnbull was part of teams responsible for the exploration and development of the Eskay Creek Gold Deposit in British Columbia, Canada, the Petaquilla Cu-Au Porphyry Deposit in Panama, the Mt. Kare Gold Deposit in Papua New Guinea and the OJVG/Sabodala Gold Deposits in Senegal.
