A US Certified Public Accountant, Martin has nearly 15 years of experience in senior management roles, with a demonstrated history of working in various industries, from entrepreneurial startups to large multinational corporations, and extensive skills in Business Planning, Finance, Operations, Management, Contract Management and Human Resources. Martin was Founder and Senior VP at Imperial Distributors (formerly AP Martin Pharmaceutical Supplies Ltd.), establishing the company as the preferred choice for providing distributional support to regional pharmacies throughout Western Canada. Prior to Imperial, Martin served as COO and CFO for 10 years at Wales and Son Industrial (later Weir Minerals), directing all financial and internal operational activities. Martin began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the tax department in Singapore and the audit and advisory group in Hong Kong. As a Tax Manager in Vancouver for 9 years, he consulted with tax departments of multinational corporations, to provide tax saving mechanisms and future tax planning strategies. Martin also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.

Graduated in 1992, is a Chartered Accountant (CA), a Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) & an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom (ACMA). Yew Hon have been with Cubinet for 14 years as the CFO from 2006. He was one of the pioneers that started an online game publishing company. In his tenure, he was instrumental in leading the company and build teams across the South East Asia region setting up all the financial processes in place within a short span of time. The key goal is to establish the Company presence in the region designed to move the Company into the next level of growth. In the year 2011, he then took up additional role as the Chief Operating Officer, spearheading the continuous growth of the Company to other regional presence in Europe, Middle East and Russia. Prior to joining Cubinet, in 2001, he was employed by Trisilco as the Finance Manager overseeing the whole spectrum of the Finance and the HR function. In 2005, he then took up the role of General Manager managing the entire operations of the company from Finance, HR, Sales & Operations. Trisilco is an IT company specialising in regulatory reporting and compliance for the financial sector. Previously, Yew Hon had a short tenure in Nadicorp Holdings as the internal auditor setting up the departments from scratch. In his tenure as the Internal Auditors Manager, he has set up the Audit Chartered and the key internal audit processes and procedures.

Michael's nine years at Bank of New York Mellon (BNY Mellon) culminated in his role as Managing Director of Asia Pacific, Asset Servicing. He was a member of BNY Mellon's Global Corporate Operating Committee (< 1% of 50K+ employees), Asia Pacific Executive Committee and the Corporate Sovereign Institutions Council. Michael currently serves on the National University of Singapore Society (NUSS) finance sub-committee and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). Prior to BNYMellon, he relocated to Hong Kong from Canada in 2000 with State Street. Michael was also general manager for a South Korea bank branch and the regional integration manager of a key European acquisition. His career also includes work at Ernst & Young, Canada. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in Ontario, Canada, he holds an EMBA from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, and a BComm degree from McGill University.

Leong Yew Poh has more than 30 years of management experience in growing companies in the technology and hospitality sectors. In that time, Leong established an extensive network of business relationships in the software, banking and telecommunications sectors throughout the Asia Pacific. In his current position, Group CEO at Radiance Hospitality Group, Yew Poh leads the expansion of the company's hotel management services from offices in Singapore, Shanghai and Malaysia. Before joining Radiance, Leong served as Director of Strategic Projects for Keppel T&T, a public company that provides transportation, telecommunications and IT services. Prior to Kepple T&T, Leong was first a Regional Director and then Managing Director of Dun and Bradstreet Softwere (later acquired by Geac Computers). I Leong received a Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Auckland.

Mr Ng Eng Ho is currently the non-executive Chairman of ZWEEC Analytics Pte Ltd in Singapore and an independent Board director of TNG Fintech Group in Hong Kong. He has previously served in top management positions in several large business corporations in Singapore, including ST Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd., a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, as Executive Vice President (Operations), and ST Telemedia's Indonesian subsidiary, PT Indosat Tbk, as the Deputy President Director. Mr Ng was also Managing Director of Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd after serving in various positions at Keppel T&T and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining Keppel T&T, Mr Ng was a career officer in the Singapore Armed Forces. He has served as a Director of Alvarion Ltd and as an Independent Director of Mencast Holdings Ltd. Mr Ng received his Bachelor of Science (Telecomm System Engineering) Degree (Honours) from the Royal Military College of Science, UK.

Hsien Loong started his career in investor relations in technology, biotechnology, mining and oil and gas. He has extensive experience in running of public companies. In particular, he was the CEO of Nexgen Petroleum Corp, an oil and gas drilling in Tennessee USA. Since 2008, Mr Wong established a career in Singapore primarily in Real Estate and logistics. He is currently a director of a commercial property valued at $600 million. He also currently serves as director to Food Bank Singapore, a registered charity. Mr Wong received his BA (Hons) in Communications from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia and his MSc in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
