The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties principally in Québec, with the aim of discovering commercially exploitable deposits of minerals (primarily graphite, rare earth elements (“REE”). The Company’s main focus is to bring the Lac Knife graphite project to production.
The company owns 100% of the Lac Knife property, located south of Fermont, Quebec, in North-Eastern Quebec near the Labrador border. The property is host to the historical Lac Knife graphite prospect located in the Grenville geological province. The company also owns 100% of the Lac Tétépisca flake graphite project located in the Côte- Nord administrative region of Québec.
