Mr. Poirier brings nearly two decades of capital markets experience in the natural resource and technology sectors. He has served in various senior officer and corporate development roles at exploration mining companies. From September 2016 through December 2019 Mr. Poirier was CEO of Bearing Lithium Corp. and was instrumental in the Company's acquisition of Li3 Energy. Prior to Bearing Lithium, Mr. Poirier held senior roles at Pure Energy Minerals Ltd. and is currently the CEO of Hilo Mining Ltd.
Joel Leonard is the founding Partner of JCL Partners Chartered Professional Accountants located in Vancouver. Joel has developed an extensive background in finance and accounting with a focus on financial reporting and internal control implementation. Joel completed his Bachelor's Degree in Business from Thompson Rivers University and later received his CPA designation with the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia. Joel has spent the past five years consulting for publicly traded entities listed on various exchanges including the NYSE, TSX, TSX-V and the CSE. Joel has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a number of publicly listed entities throughout his career including: Stillcanna Inc., Pike Mountain Minerals Inc., and FenixOro Gold Corp. (Formerly First Divisions Minerals Inc.).
Mr. Doulis has more than 20 years of experience in the metals and mining sector including investment banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and business development. Most recently, Mr. Doulis was CEO of Buchans Wileys Exploration, a private Canadian exploration company, active in the Buchans region of Western Newfoundland. With a strong focus on due dilligence, he was also a senior mining analyst/partner at Stonecap Securities and a senior analyst at PI Financial. Mr. Doulis was also a partner at Gryphon Partners, a boutique advisory services firm focused on the mining industry. Mr. Doulis received his BA in Economics from Queen's University and earned his CFA designation in 2000.

Mr. Taddei brings seventeen years of experience as a senior executive in the mineral resource industry, culminating in twelve years as the Chief Financial Officer of MAG Silver Corp. where he was instrumental in its growth. His relationships extend to the investment community, playing a lead role in defining capital structure and balance sheet management. He was responsible for all aspects of MAG's financial operations, including treasury, taxation, IT systems, insurance, and risk management. He also played a key role in the company's governance and ESG guidelines, policies, and procedures. Prior to MAG, Mr. Taddei was Chief Financial Officer of West Timmins Mining Inc. until its purchase by a producing major in 2009 for CAD $ 424 million after the discovery of the Thunder Creek gold deposit. Mr. Taddei is a Chartered Professional Accountant with the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and an Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia.

The issuer's main focus is an on-going exploration of its 5,000 square kilometre Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum and Rare Earth Element Finnish Pegmatite Project, in central and southern Finland. The company's concessions are located within 11 miles of the Keliber under construction which is expected to begin production in H2 2025. The Finland Pegmatite Project consists of ten exploration concessions in central and Northern Finland and one exploration concession in southern Finland. These reservations cover a total area of over 5,000 square kilometres and are focused on Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum or LCT pegmatite complexes located within the Jarvi-Pohjanmaa and Seinajoki lithium-permissive tracts as defined by the Geological Survey of Finland (GTK). Four of the reservations (Nabba, Lappajarvi West, Lappajarvi East and Kaatiala) lie immediately adjacent to, and to the south of, Keliber Oy's spodumene mine development project in the Kaustinen district.
