Mr. Osmond has over 25 years of experience in the mining sector including experience with INCO (VBNC), Falconbridge and Anglo American. He was involved in exploration discoveries at Vale's Voisey's Bay deposit and Glencore's Raglan mine. He was later hired as a senior technical leader with Anglo American responsible for North America and Europe focused on Ni exploration in northern Canada, Alaska and Scandinavia as well as IOCG and porphyry Cu-Mo exploration in Mexico and Alaska. Mr. Osmond is currently the President of GlobeTrotters Resource Group Inc.
Mr. Au is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (non-practicing) and has over 20 years of professional experience in financial and regulatory reporting, internal controls, and accounting standards. He has worked across diverse industry sectors including mining (exploration and production phases), biotechnology, financial services, and real estate. He began his career at KPMG in Vancouver and has worked internationally including Moscow, Singapore and Bermuda.
Ms. Gieselman has 32 years of international experience with junior mining and exploration companies listed on the TSX, TSXV, OTCBB, NASDAQ and AMEX, in the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Corporate Secretary and Director. During her tenure in the resource sector, Terese has accumulated an extensive background in corporate and financial reporting and compliance for Canada and the United States, including particularly relevant experience in financings, treasury, international corporate structures and financial reporting in Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Zimbabwe. Terese is currently the CFO, Secretary & Director of TSX.V listed Golden Ridge Resources Ltd. and CFO & Director of Julian Resources Inc.

Mr. Elliott is a true leader and entrepreneur. He is the President & CEO of Lexore Capital Corp., a private resource and cannabis investment company as well as Phenome One Corp, a full service cannabis farming company focused on elite strain selective breeding. Mr. Elliott brings over 10 years of corporate finance, mineral exploration and financial markets experience. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in Geology, and holds a MSc. in Mineral Economics and an MBA from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia. Patrick specializes in economic resource evaluation, financial modelling, CAPEX estimation, corporate development and finance. Combined with his technical knowledge, Patrick has a wealth of contacts in the financial sector.
Robert Willis has worked in the mineral resources industry for more then 35 years. He began his career with Rio Algom and Teck where he held engineering and production positions at the Lornex, Afton, and Highmont open-pit copper mines. From there, Mr. Willis founded Pioneer Metals Corp., where he served as President and CEO from 1984 to 1990. Under his leadership, he initiated the acquisition and startup of the Stibnite heap leach gold mine in Idaho, USA, as well as organizing and negotiating the acquisition of the Silbak Premier gold and silver property in the Golden Triangle, northern B.C. The property was subsequently put into production after arranging a joint venture with Westmin Resources. Mr. Willis went on to co-found Manhattan Minerals Corp., where he acted as President and CEO from 1990 to 1998, and served as Director from 1990 to 2001. Under his direction, the Moris open pit heap leach gold property in Mexico, was acquired, financed, and put into production. Exploration activities were also focused on the Tambo Grande copper/gold VMS deposit in Peru. In 2001, Mr. Willis founded Geologix Exploration and served as President, Director and Chairman until initiating San Marco Resources with business associate R. Stuart "Tookie" Angus in 2005. Mr. Willis graduated in 1973 from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.
