Murray is a respected metallurgist with extensive experience in all facets of the mining industry, including testwork, engineering design, process plant commissioning and operating. Murray is an innovative thinker who has made a positive impact on operations through his career. For the 11 years prior to joining the Company, he operated his own business providing metallurgical consulting services to the mining industry world-wide, including a range of uranium projects. Murray is the champion of the U-pgrade process.
Thirty eight years' of commercial management experience gained in listed Australian public companies incorporating the disciplines of corporate management, project development and mine site operations management, management and financial accounting, corporate finance, investor relations, and company secretarial functions. Shane has been intimately involved with exploration, development, scoping and pre-feasibility studies and the financing activities. Shane is a Fellow of CPA Australia, Fellow of Governance Institute of Australia and the Chartered Governance Institute; and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Directors. Shane has been working in the uranium mining industry for 12 years.
David Batista has over 30 years of diversified capital markets experience as a principal investor, trader and investment banker, and founded Viriathus in 2007. Prior to founding Viriathus, he was a Managing Director at HPC Capital Management and was responsible for their New York Private Capital Markets activities. Previous to his work at HPC Capital, he was a Vice President of NASDAQ trading at SoundView Technology Group, a technology-focused research and trading boutique based in Old Greenwich Connecticut. David also spent three years as a senior NASDAQ trader at JW Charles Securities and its successor JW Genesis Securities in Boca Raton Florida. He began his professional career with Lehman Brothers in New York initially as an investment banking analyst, and subsequently began his trading career on Lehman's NASDAQ desk. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and a Certificate in international marketing from C.W. Post College.
Mr Perry brings over 25 years of international leadership experience in the mining sector, including a strong track record in corporate transactions, project financing and development. From 2015 to 2022, he served as President & Chief Executive Officer at Centerra Gold Incorporated (TSX, NYSE), where he successfully transformed the company from a single-asset operation into a C$3 billion intermediate producer with multiple operations and projects across Canada, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkey. His extensive experience also includes roles as President and Chief Executive Officer of AuRico Gold, leading AuRicoâs US$1.5 billion merger with Alamos Gold in 2015, as well as multiple Chief Financial Officer appointments.

Stephen is a geologist and corporate leader with a wealth of experience in the discovery, development, and commercialisation of mining assets over three decades, including 17 years in senior roles in the uranium sector. StephenâÂÂs uranium experience includes 12 years as Australian Managing Director of Orano, the worldâÂÂs third largest uranium producer. At Orano, Stephen led a sustained program of corporate improvement and active exploration; and represented both Orano and Cameco on the board of publicly listed ERA Ltd, owner and operator of the Ranger Uranium Mine in the Northern Territory of Australia. Stephen was involved in the negotiations and sale of these two companiesâ stakes in ERA, to Rio Tinto. Stephen later co-founded and floated ASX listed U3O8 Ltd, where he led the discovery of the Dawson-Hinkler calcrete hosted uranium deposit in Western Australia, before negotiating its sale to Toro Energy Limited.
