Jared Stanley is the CEO of DeFloria Inc, a collaboration between Charlotte's Web and Ajna Biosciences. He previously served as an executive of Charlotte's Web since its inception in 2013, most recently as Chief Operating Officer prior to heading DeFloria in 2024. Jared graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Applied Human Sciences with a concentration in Construction Management. Since 2014, Jared and his co-founders built the extensive cultivation operations for Charlotte's Web with locations in three states. He also plays a significant role consulting on the Company's legislative activities at the state and federal level.

Office: CW leases a 136,610-square-foot industrial building located at 700 Tech Court in the Colorado Technology Center in Louisville, Colorado, which houses its executive offices, primary production and R&D divisions advancing science around hemp-derived phytocannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoid compounds, as well as functional mushroom dietary supplements. This facility is staffed for production management, quality control/assurance, analytical chemistry, product development and process engineering to ensure product quality. This production and distribution facility is certified to NSF International GMP.
