Mr. Fahrhoefer, born in 1970, is an expert in the field of pharmaceutical wholesaling and business development in the health care industry. After studying medicine and pharmacy since 2000 he obtained his diploma as a state-certified pharmaceutical sales representative. He was working for several years in the management of various German companies. In 2001 he joined Pfizer Germany and started his career in the pharmaceutical business. He was with Pfizer Germany from 2001 to 2003 before joining Sanochemia AG in 2004 in the global management of the Diagnostics business unit. In 2009 he founded CS Diagnostics in Germany which over the years has grown into the CS Diagnostics Group which includes CS Diagnostics Pharma GmbH, CS Interpharm LLC and CS Diagnostics Corp.

Mr. Migotsch, born in 1977, received his university degree in business administration from the Otto-Friedrich University of Bamberg in 2002. After an internship at Sanofi Winthrop GmbH, he joined DaimlerChrysler in the Mercedes Benz Motorsport Division. Until 2006, he was responsible for press releases of the DTM, Formula 3 and Formula 1 (McLaren Mercedes) for DaimlerChrysler. From 2006 to the present day, he has taken a leading role in various projects in connection with professional motorsport and Formula 1 drivers. In 2012, he founded the Swiss consulting company SGM AG, with which he still develops strategy concepts and business plans for renowned companies.

With over 22 years of professional experience in finance and banking as well as in management positions, Mohammad EsSayed has all the qualifications that FZRO needs for the tasks ahead. Mohammad EsSayed has degrees in finance, including an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in International Corporate Banking, an MFP (Master Financial Professional) and CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) from the USA. FZRO will benefit from his many years of experience as CFO and Managing Director.

Al-Sayyed is a senior executive with 29+ years of intensive experience in senior management and advisory positions such in (1) Investment Advisory: IPO, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Valuation, Feasibility Studies and Financial Modeling, (2) Corporate Strategy: Strategy Development and Execution, Corporate Performance and Portfolio Management, Business Planning and Budgeting and (3) Governance and Restructuring. In addition to various publications in recognized specialist journals, Mahmoud has many years of experience as a supervisory board member and board committee member.

Born in South Africa in 1984, British-German Dr. Lauren Ugur has had an impressive university career. In addition to her Bachelor of Arts with Honours, she completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PDM) at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, before completing her MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Adelaide, Australia. Back in Darmstadt, Germany, she received her doctorate in philosophy. With this unique education, she has worked in various fields in business as well as teaching at universities and can draw on a wealth of international experience.
