Mr. Holthouse is a mining engineer and accomplished resource industry executive with 36 years of experience in senior corporate, operational and project management roles, with the past seven years focused on the international rare earths industry. He has most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Meteoric Resources Limited (ASX: MEI), which is developing the Caldeira Rare Earth Project in Brazil building and leading the company through the resource development and Scoping and Pre-Feasibility Study stages with significant share price appreciation over his tenure. Mr Holthouse was previously also Chief Operating Officer of Hastings Technology Metals (ASX: HAS), which is currently developing the Yangibana Rare Earth Project in Western Australia delivering an integrated Bankable Feasibility Study selling Mixed Rare Earth Carbonate into Europe. His extensive rare earth expertise and company building expertise will be invaluable to Commerce as it continues to advance its flagship Ashram Rare Earths & Fluorspar Project in Canada towards development, while also progressing exploration programs across the merged entity's highly prospective niobium, lithium, copper and gold assets.

Ms. Bellefleur brings over 20 years' experience to ISM as a corporate accountant. She is responsible for all aspects of regulatory financial reporting, including the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, management discussion and analysis reports and government tax reporting. Prior to her work with publicly traded companies, Ms. Bellefleur was the Controller of a private manufacturing company. Since 2008 she has been involved exclusively in providing services to both public and private companies in the junior mining sector.

Mr. Graham is an accomplished mining professional with over 25 years of experience in the development and exploration of mineral deposits, mostly gained with major mining companies Rio Tinto and Anglo American, including as Chief Geologist with the Project Generation Group at Rio Tinto. Mr. Graham has been involved with evaluation and pre-development work on several projects in Canada and abroad, including Resolution Copper (Arizona, USA), Diavik Diamond Mine (Northwest Territories, Canada), Eagle Nickel (Michigan, USA), Lakeview Nickel (Minnesota, USA) and Bunder Diamonds (India). Mr Graham earned a BSc (Hons) in Geology at the University of KwaZulu Natal in South Africa.

He is the Managing Director of Loyal Lithium (ASX:LLI) an ASX listed North American focused battery minerals company with hard rock lithium assets in Quebec, Canada. He holds a Bachelor in Engineer and a Master Degree in Utility Engineering, is committed to a sustainable future and harbors a long term-personal passion for technology and innovation.

Jeremy Robinson is the founder of RareX that was acquired by Sagon. Mr Robinson has worked in both the capital markets and in-house for junior and mid-cap mining companies for the past 15 years. Mr Robinson is an experienced mining executive having held senior roles at Mungana Goldmines Limited and Apex Minerals Limited. Mr Robinson holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia majoring in Corporate Finance, Investment Finance and Marketing.
