Mr. Naser creates the firms vision and oversees all of its strategic initiatives and key partnerships. This includes the firms acquisitions as well as global development, worldwide relationships, and private equity investments.
Rolf Hueppi is engaged as founder and Board Member in various private equity companies. He currently serves as Chairman of LynxOn, a Fintech Company in Beijing, China, of Caretaker Medical, a medical device company in the USA and of ParaLife Group, a microinsurance provider, headquartered in Switzerland, which is active in financial inclusion in various countries of Latin America. Mr. Hueppi enjoyed a long career with Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich Financial Services), which he joined in 1963. He has held various positions for the Group in the United States from where he returned to Headquarters to lead Zurich's International Division. In 1983, he was elected to the Group Executive Board with oversight responsibility for the Zurich's activities throughout North America, the United Kingdom, Asia, and Australia. He also assumed the position of CEO of Zurich's U.S. operations. In 1988, he was appointed Group COO at Zurich's Headquarter in Switzerland followed by his nomination as President and CEO of the Group. In 1993, Mr. Hueppi joined Zurich's Board of Directors and was elected as its Executive Chairman in 1995. He retired from Zurich Group in 2002. He has been active in various organizations, holding a Fellowship at the Batten Institute of the Darden Business School, University of Virginia, and served as international councilor and advisory board member of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Naupari has been CEO Brazil at Fligoo, a San Francisco-based advanced analytics company. since July 2019. He began his career at UBS in New York in 2008. After half a decade on Wall Street, Mr. Naupari pivoted his professional journey towards technology companies and has held senior leadership roles at Rokk3R Inc, VARIV Capital , and Rocket Energy AG in the United States, Mexico, and Brazil. Mr. Naupari holds a BA from the University of Virginia.
