Peter G. Williston is the Chief Executive Officer for Citizens Bancorp and Citizens Bank, having joined the bank in 2005. After graduating from Louisiana State University in 1978 with a degree in accounting, Williston worked as a CPA and audit manager with Coopers & Lybrand in Houston Texas, and New Orleans, Louisiana. He joined Union Planters Bank in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1983 where he served as audit department manager, controller of the Memphis banking operation, and regional manager. Williston later worked for Vail Banks, Inc. in Avon, Colorado from 2000 until 2004 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2005, he joined Citizens Bank in preparation to assume the role of CEO. Williston has been involved professionally with the Tennessee Bankers Association, where he has served as Chairman of the BankPAC Committee and the Government Relations Committee. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Williston has forty-two years of banking and forty-seven years of financial and accounting experience. He has served on the board of Citizens Bancorp and Citizens Bank since 2005.

Thomas E. (Tommy) Anderton is the Vice-Chairman and President of Citizens Bancorp Investment, Inc. and President of Citizens Bank, a position he has held since July 2019. He joined Citizens Bank as Regional President in 2015 following the acquisition of Traders Bank, where he had served as the President from 2009 until 2015. He served as the President of First National Bank in Shelbyville, Tennessee from 1994 to 2009 and President of Dekalb County Bank in Alexandria, Tennessee from 1987 to 1994. Before entering community banking, Mr. Anderton worked in correspondent banking and commercial lending with Union Planters Bank and Commerce Union Bank in Middle Tennessee. Anderton graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Finance. Anderton was appointed to the board of directors for Citizens Bancorp and Citizens Bank in 2018 and serves on the Nominating Committee and the Directors Loan Committee. Anderton has 47 years of banking experience and has served on the board of directors of four community banks in Middle Tennessee.

Arthur O. Taylor, Jr. is the Chief Financial Officer for Citizens Bancorp Investment and Citizens Bank, having joined the company in 2013. After graduating from the University of Tennessee - Martin in 1983 with a degree in accounting, Taylor began his banking career with First State Bancorp, Inc. of Caruthersville Missouri. During the 23 years tenure with First State Bancorp, Inc., he served as Chief Financial Officer of the holding company, Chief Financial Officer of First State Bank and Trust, and as President of First State Bancorp Community Development Corporation. Taylor later served as Chief Financial Officer of several community banks in the Southeastern U.S. before joining Citizens Bancorp Investments in 2013. Mr. Taylor has 38 years of banking experience managing and directing the financial and operational plans of the company, managing the securities portfolio, serving as ALCO Chairman and completing several mergers and acquisitions.

Joe M. Carter was the President of Citizens Bank from 2005 until his retirement in 2019. Carter began his career in banking in 1978 with Citizens Bank and became Vice President and Cashier in 1985. He has managed the lending function, served as chairman of the Senior Loan and Directors Loan Committees, and has managed the oversight of 19 branches. Carter was appointed to the Board of Directors of Citizens Bancorp and Citizens Bank in 2005, and he continues to serve on the bank's Senior Loan Committee, Directors Loan Committee, Nominating Committee and the Compensation Committee. Carter has 41 years of banking experience, all of it with Citizens Bank. He has also served on the board of Citizens Bancorp and Citizens Bank since 2005.

Chad Gilbert is in the construction, development, and real estate business as a founding member of Putnam Contracting Services, Putnam Properties, and Front Street Partners. A key partner in various complex development projects and partnerships, Gilbert is innovative and forward-thinking in his approach to the Construction, Development, and Real Estate industries. A graduate of Tennessee Tech University in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Gilbert has served Putnam County as a member of the Cookeville City Council, Cookeville Chamber of Commerce, and Cookeville Planning Commission.

Eugene R. London, Jr. serves as the President of Systems Integration/ Modeling & Simulation, Inc., a systems integration company in Tullahoma, Tennessee, that supplies telecommunication, information technology, and help desk solutions for government agencies and commercial clients nationwide. Before founding SIM&S in 1992, Mr. London worked for top Department of Defense companies such as Pan Am World Service, Johnson Controls, Boeing and Jacobs Technology (formerly Sverdrup Technology). He is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Computer Science. London was elected to the Board of Directors for Citizens Bancorp and Citizens Bank in 2019. He serves on the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee, Compensation Committee, and the Directors Loan Committee. London has had prior board experience as the vice-chairman of a community bank in Tullahoma, Tennessee, and as a member on the Citizens Bank Advisory Board in Tullahoma.

Dr. Jon Alan Long is a dentist in Carthage, Tennessee. Dr. Long established his practice in his hometown in 2001 after graduating from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville and the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis. Long joined the Smith County Advisory Board of Citizens Bank in 2004 and has been an active advisory board member, shareholder and supporter of the bank for twenty years. He has also built a business as a commercial and private real estate investor. Long was elected to the Board of Directors for Citizens Bancorp and Citizens Bank in 2019. He is a member of the Audit Committee and the Directors Loan Committee. Long has experience in business management and real estate, and has twenty years of experience as an investor and advisory board member of Citizens Bank.

Marty Maynord is currently the CFO of The Realty Firm in Cookeville, TN. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Tennessee. Marty retired in 2022 after spending 30 years in the banking industry. Most recently, he was the CEO of American Bank & Trust of the Cumberlands from 2009 to 2022. Prior to American Bank & Trust, he spent 17 years with First National Bank of Tennessee. Maynord has a BS Degree in Accounting from Tennessee Tech University where he graduated in 1995. He graduated from the LSU Graduate School of Banking in 2002. Marty served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for both the Putnam and Overton County Chambers of Commerce and was a past member and President of the Livingston Rotary Club.

Cynthia McClard, D.Ph., M.S. is a Pharmacy Consultant and the owner of McClard's Gifts in Lafayette, Tennessee. Ms. McClard graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Pharmacy degree in 1974, and a Masters Degree in Hospital Administration in 1986. As a registered pharmacist, she has over 33 years of experience with the development, implementation, assessment and administration of clinical pharmacy intervention programs, quality management programs, dosing protocol, therapy guidelines and consultation for hospitals and nursing homes. Ms. McClard has also worked with hospitals to assist facilities with Joint Commission, Quality Improvement, and Cost Efficiency. Ms. McClard joined the Board of Citizens Bancorp & Citizens Bank in 1992, where she serves on the Audit, Nominating and Compensation Committees. She also has extensive experience as a pharmacy consultant and small business owner.

Tony H. Polston is the President of B. D. Polston & Son Builders Supply, Inc. in Lafayette, Tennessee. After he graduated from Cumberland University in 1972 with an Associates Degree, he began a career in sales with B.D. Polston & Son Builders Supply. Polston was elected to the Board of Directors of Citizens Bancorp and Citizens Bank in 1986 where he serves as a member of the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating Committees. Polston has extensive experience in business management and retail sales and has served on the Board of Directors of the Bank for 37 years.

Michael Todd (Todd) Reese is a retail grocer and the owner of Reese's Piggly Wiggly grocery store in Lafayette, Tennessee. Mr. Reese graduated from Millsaps College in 1996 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He previously owned two HG Hill Food Stores and a Piggly Wiggly store in the Nashville area from 1999 to 2016. He has been an investor and shareholder in the Company for 25 years. Mr. Reese has been very active in the Lafayette Rotary Club. Mr. Reese was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors and the board of directors of the Bank in 2022. He is a member of the Directors Loan Committee. Mr. Reese has extensive experience in business management and retail sales.

Michael W. Reese is a retail grocer and has been the owner of three Piggly Wiggly grocery store locations in Tennessee and Kentucky since 1974. He graduated from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky and served four years as an Officer in the United States Army. Mr. Reese has been involved in his community as President of the Lafayette Rotary Club, President of the Lafayette Quarterback Club, and as a little league baseball coach in Lafayette, Tennessee. Mr. Reese was elected to serve on the board of directors of the Bank in 1978 and has served on the Board of Directors since the Company's inception. He serves on the Directors Loan Committee, the Nominating Committee, and the Compensation Committee. Mr. Reese is the father of director M. Todd Reese.
