Cardiac Biotech Solutions Inc., through its international subsidiaries, provides innovative products and services in the ambulatory non-invasive cardiac monitoring space. Our FDA and CE cleared EKG devices, interactive cloud-based acquisition software, and smartphone apps for both iOS and Android platforms, provide improved compliance for patients at risk of abnormal heart rhythms as well as more accurate information for physicians. Cardiac Biotech Solutions' wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, My-Cardia (USA), Inc., develops ECG recording device worn by patients in an ambulatory setting for up to 30 days. Our monitors can record both patient-activated ECGs, as well as asymptomatic events by the on-board analysis algorithm in certain models. Recorded ECGs are easy to transmit acoustically over a phone. ECG reports can be reviewed and/or printed using our cloud-based software which can be accessed from computers, tablets, or smartphones. Cardiac Biotech Solutions Inc. has authorized distributors in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Canada.
