Business Description
Our patent portfolio held by Can B Corp. in its Nascent Pharma, LLC Division includes three issued patents with claims to popular cannabis and hemp-based products and manufacturing methods that dominate the cannabis, hemp and CBD industry. The Can B patents were tested in an earlier litigation, survived, and now benefit from several favorable court rulings. The targeted industry includes the major cannabis industry leaders and supports a substantial damage model. The monetization project discussed below justifies the significant investment necessary for success.
