Anthony Glavac has over 15 years of experience in financial reporting, including over 10 years in the mining industry. He most recently held the positions of Director-Financial Reporting and Internal Controls at Dynacor Gold Mines and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Alderon Iron Ore Corp. Anthony was a Senior Manager at KPMG, working with both public and private companies, providing audit, taxation, strategic advisory and public offering services.

Ms. Satov, B.A., LL.B., M.B.A., currently serves as a Director of O3 Mining Inc., Director of Osisko Mining Inc., Director of Osisko Metals Inc., and as a Director of Brunswick Exploration Incorporated. Ms. Satov is Senior Legal Counsel of Nuvei Technologies Corp. since April 2020. Formerly, Ms. Satov served as Chief Executive Officer of BL Solutions Inc., a national lighting distributor, from November 2019 to March 2020, a director and chair of the audit committee of Cannara Biotech Inc. up to January 2020, and Chief Executive Officer of Litron Distributors Ltd. up to April 2020. Prior to 2012, Ms. Satov was the Executive Vice President of Legal, Compliance and Distribution and Corporate Secretary of DundeeWealth Inc., a wealth management company with $80 billion of assets under management that was acquired by The Bank of Nova Scotia in 2011. Ms. Satov oversaw all legal and compliance matters, was actively involved in DundeeWealth's expansion into Europe and the U.S. and sat on various subsidiary boards. Ms. Satov advised on all M&A activities as well as securities, regulatory and other corporate commercial matters. In 2010, Ms. Satov was recognized by Strathmore's "Who's Who" for excellence and achievement in her profession.

Mathieu Savard served as President of Osisko Mining until its acquisition by Gold Fields Limited in October 2024, and prior to that, served as Senior Vice President Exploration at Osisko Mining Before joining Osisko Miningin 2016, Mr. Savard was a senior member of the Osisko James Bay Exploration, Virginia Mines Inc., and Virginia Gold Mines Inc. teams. Mr. Savard was a key member of the Virginia Gold Mines Inc. team that won the prestigious 2006 PDAC Bill Dennis Award for the discovery of the Eleonore gold deposit. Under his leadership, and together with Osisko Mining's management and exploration teams, he was again part of the team that won the 2024 PDAC Bill Dennis Award for the discovery of the Lynx Zone at Windfall. Mr. Savard is a professional geologist and member of the Ordre des Geologues du Quebec and served as a director of the Quebec Mineral Exploration Association for 15 years, where he chaired the Board of Directors from 2019 to 2022. He has more than 25 years of experience in mineral exploration and holds a Bachelor's degree in Earth Sciences from Universite du Quebec a Montreal. He is also a director of Brunswick Exploration Inc. since December 2017.
