Josh Alper will be in Buffalo NY tomorrow, to present the results of the Development Fesability Study contracted by the Victory Christian Center. This will move the project to the Master Planning Stage, where Jonathan Alper will formulated the final development strategy for local investment and the proposed Retail, Residential and Solar Energy componnets of the project.
