Mr. Middlemiss, P.Eng, was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of St. Andrew Goldfields. Mr. Middlemiss joined St. Andrew Goldfields in July 2008 as General Manager and Vice President Operations, later assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2013. He earned a B.Sc. in mining engineering at Queen's University in 1989 and worked for Inco Limited (now Vale Canada Limited) as Mine Design Engineer until 1995. At that time, he joined Barrick Gold Inc. at their Holt-McDermott Mine, where he held the position of Chief Mine Engineer. In 2002, he joined Foxpoint Resources (now Kirkland Lake Gold) where he was instrumental in overseeing the rehabilitation, development, and commencement of production at the Macassa Mine beginning as Engineering & Production Manager, and later as Mine Manager. Mr. Middlemiss is a native of Kirkland Lake, Ontario and has extensive experience in the mining of gold deposits in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. He is the past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Ontario Mining Association and continues to serve on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Ontario Mining Association.
Mr. Myung is a senior financial analyst at Marrelli Support Services Inc., providing CFO, accounting, regulatory compliance, and management advisory services to numerous issuers on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange and other Canadian and US exchanges. Mr. Myung is a CPA, CA and holds a Master of Accounting degree from University of Waterloo. Mr. Myung served as CFO for several TSX Venture Exchange companies. Previously, Mr. Myung worked at a public accounting firm focused on small and medium business for seven years.

Mr. Perron has worked in the mining industry for more than 30 years and has extensive technical and operations experience. Mr. Perron was appointed as a director of Aquila Resources Inc. in November 2018. He also serves on the boards of Centerra Gold Inc. and Victoria Gold Corp. Most recently Mr. Perron was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. Prior to joining Thompson Creek in 2013, Mr. Perron was President and Chief Executive Officer of St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. since 2007. Previous senior management positions included Senior Vice President of IAMGOLD Corporation from 2006 to 2007 and Vice President, Canada of Cambior Inc. from 2004 to 2006. From 1984 to 2004, Mr. Perron held a variety of increasingly senior management positions with Cameco Inc., Placer Dome Canada Limited, Breakwater Resources Ltd., Cambior Inc., JS Redpath Ltd. and Noranda Inc. Mr. Perron has also been a director of the Canadian Mineral Industry Education Foundation since 2007. Mr. Perron has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from l'Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal.
Over 14 years of experience as a mining engineer working for companies such as Barrick Gold, Grupo Mexico, BHP, and Freeport-McMoRan in Peru, Chile, and the USA, and in academia as a Professor at the University of Arizona. Recipient of the "Outstanding Young Professional Award" by the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Explorations (SME) in the U.S. (2018) and of the "100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining" by Women in Mining UK (2020).
