An entrepreneur in the mining industry, Brian built a successful group of private mineral exploration and exploration service companies prior to co-founding Altius in 1997. In his 20 years at Altius, he helped grow the company to an asset base in excess of $500 million through diligent implementation of the prospect generator/joint venture business model and royalty acquisition/creation. Brian is an active member of various industry organizations and volunteer boards and has been honoured with numerous awards for his entrepreneurial leadership.
Flora Wood is a finance executive with more than 20 years of experience leading Investor Relations (equity and debt), mainly in the mining and steel sectors. She is currently with Altius Minerals, an AbraSilver strategic shareholder, and was previously with Sherritt International, Inmet Mining, Algoma Steel and Harris Steel Group. She has also been an independent director and Audit Committee member of Treasury Metals, a gold development company since 2014. She holds a BA and MA from the University of Toronto.
Dr Nicole Adshead-Bell resides in Canada and is currently a non-executive director of Altius Minerals Corp. (TSX) and Matador Mining Ltd (ASX). Her career includes Managing Director and CEO of ASX-listed Brazilian gold producer Beadell Resources Ltd (prior to its acquisition by TSX/NYSE American listed Great Panther Mining Ltd); Director of Mining Research at Sun Valley Gold LLC (SEC registered precious metals focused fund); Managing Director, Investment Banking, Haywood Securities Inc. (Canadian independent investment dealer) and Mining Analyst covering copper, zinc and uranium commodities and companies at Dundee Securities Corp. (former Canadian independent investment dealer). While at Haywood she was involved in approximately 20 public transactions including streaming, mergers, acquisitions and divestures and raising approximately C$1.8Bn in equity/convertible debenture financings. More recently she established Cupel Advisory Corp. to focus on investments and advisory services in the mining sector. Over the past 10 years Nicole has held directorships with several public companies including First Majestic Silver Corp. (TSX/NYSE), Pretium Resources Inc. (TSX/NYSE) and Dalradian Resources Inc. (TSXV, acquired by Orion Mine Finance in 2018). Dr Adshead-Bell has PhD in structural/economic geology from James Cook University, Townsville, Australia where she also completed her geology undergraduate and honours degrees.
Ms. Conway is a former executive with 25 years of experience in the North American energy markets. She was most recently the President and CEO of Powerex (2005 - 2017), and prior to that, she was CFO. She was also with PriceWaterhouse Coopers and her primary focus was mining. Ms. Conway holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). In addition, Ms. Conway has the designation ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Ms. Conway also serves on the Board of Directors of Eldorado Gold Corporation and Altius Minerals Corporation.

Ms. Stylianides has 30 years of experience in the global capital markets having spent much of her career in investment banking, private equity, and corporate management and restructuring. She began her career in corporate law by joining the firm of Webber Wentzel Attorneys in 1990 after graduating from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. In 1992 she joined Investec Merchant Bank Limited where she specialized in risk management and gained extensive experience in the areas of corporate finance and structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, specialized finance and other banking and financial services transactions. She was also involved in designing and structuring financial products for financial institutions and corporations. Ms. Styliandes was until most recently the Executive Director of Eco Oro Minerals Corp., a precious metals exploration and mining development company with a portfolio of projects in northeastern Colombia, and is currently a director of Gabriel Resources Ltd., Sabina Gold & Silver Corp., Altius Minerals Corporation and Altius Renewable Royalties Corp.
