Mr. Dias began his capital markets career in institutional equity research at CIBC in 2003 and gained further sell-side experience with other boutique investment firms in Toronto. In addition, Mr. Dias was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, a major U.S.-based hedge fund where he was involved in the management of a $400 million investment portfolio. Finally, Mr. Dias was a management consultant at The Monitor Group a U.S.-based strategy consulting firm in Stockholm, where he gained invaluable experience in identifying and resolving issues faced by executive management at multinational corporations in various industries. Mr. Dias holds a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Doug Beahm, P.E., P.G., has joined the Company as its Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Beahm's 50 years of extensive uranium-related experience in exploration, project assessment, mine planning and development, permitting, mine and processing facility operation, and mine reclamation is critical to Anfield's next steps of advancing its assets to become a U.S. uranium producer.
Mr. Mushinski brings significant nuclear-related knowledge and expertise to the Board via his 33 years of senior hands-on roles at General Atomics Corporation (Vice President of Corporate Planning and Acquisitions) and its various subsidiaries: uranium producer Quasar Resources (President), uranium developer Cotter Corporation (President), General Atomics Uranium Resources (Vice President) and rare-earth technology developer Synchron (President). Mr. Mushinski has also served both as Board Chairman for Cotter Corporation, technology developer Diazyme Shanghai and chemical manufacturer Miltec Inc. and as a management committee member for the Honeywell/General Atomics ConverDyn partnership. Mr. Mushinski's responsibilities at the above entities included identifying, negotiating and executing with regard to mergers and acquisitions; operational and financial planning of uranium operations, including sales, marketing and contracting, budgeting, scheduling; and regulatory affairs, including governmental interactions, licensing, permitting, reclamation and decommissioning. Mr. Mushinski holds both a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering, Summa Cum Laude, from San Diego State University.
Mr. Bleak is a fourth generation miner from an Arizona mining family that has developed gold, silver, copper and uranium properties throughout the southwestern United States. He is currently the President and CEO of Passport Potash, a publicly traded Canadian potash exploration company. He was previously President of American Energy Fields, Inc., a U.S. publicly traded uranium company. Currently he serves as a director for a number of Canadian junior mining exploration companies and is President of North American Environmental Corp., a consulting company specializing in mining project management, permitting, lobbying and land tenure.

Mr. Eckersley is an attorney who was been practicing since 1999. His legal practice focuses on securities compliance, corporate governance and estate planning. Mr. Eckersley served as Executive Vice President and Corporate Counsel of Passport Potash Inc. from 2010 to 2015 and as a director from 2011 to 2015. Mr. Eckersley served as a director of Silver Horn Mining Ltd. from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Eckersley was CEO, CFO, President, Corporate Secretary and a director of Scorpion Resources Inc., a capital pool company, from 2014 to 2016. Mr. Eckersley received his B.S. and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah.
Mr. Lunsford has had an extensive career as a geologist in the uranium sector, spanning four decades, with his vast experience generated through his time working with entities such as Cameco Resources, Inc., American Nuclear Corp. and Power Resources, Inc. (PRI). In addition, Mr. Lunsford was involved in a feasibility study completed by PRI for Cotter with regard to Anfield's recently-acquired Charlie project in Wyoming. Overall, Mr. Lunsford's regional expertise and uranium asset knowledge will be a significant asset to Anfield.
Ross McElroy is a professional geologist with 35 years of experience in the mining industry. He is the winner of the 2014 PDAC Bill Dennis award for exploration success and the Northern Miner "Mining Person of the Year". He has comprehensive experience with working and managing many types of mineral projects from the grass roots exploration to feasibility and production. Mr. McElroy has held positions with both major and junior mining companies, which include BHP Billiton, Cogema Canada, and Cameco. He was a member of the early stage discovery team of the MacArthur River uranium deposit. Mr. McElroy was part of the hugely successful Fission Energy Corp. team as President, COO and Chief Geologist. He headed up the technical team that made the discovery at Waterbury Lake, SK and Fission Uranium Corp.'s PLS discovery. Mr. McElroy received a Bachelor's Degree in Science, with a Specialization in Geology from the University of Alberta in 1987 and is a registered professional geologist in Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Nunavut/Northwest Territories.
