These facilities are owned by Middle Verde Development Co., LLC and are presently available to us rent-free. They are adequate for support of the Company’s current activities in the Kingman, Arizona vicinity. Tonopah, Nevada Field Office / Support Facility. 121 S South Street, Tonopah, Nevada, is owned by the Bauman Family and contains buildings that are used in support of the Company’s Sarcobatus lithium project. We are presently permitted to use these facilities rent-free.
