        Agri-Dynamics Inc. (OTC Markets: AGDY) has been engaging with accounting and legal service providers to create the disclosure statements and financial statements required to qualify for the “Alternative Reporting Standard” for Pink companies.

        The company currently has a team in place to complete the bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, disclosure statements, and attorney letter agreement to be eligible for ongoing qualification for the Pink Current Information tier.
